Summer Solstice Sound Bath with Cacao and Fire Ceremony An opportunity to be held in Ceremony at our beautiful sanctuary, deep in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Bathed in sound frequency, you will experience healing on a deep cellular level. The event will be hosted by Martin and Libby, bringing you a truly unique soul experience. We will start the event with a cacao ceremony and set a personal intention for the ceremony and the coming months. This ceremony will be deeply restorative, transformational, and cleansing for the participant. Sound healing can bring about deep relaxation, stress relief, awakening, inner peace, improved sleep, calmer mind, reduced anxiety, opening intuition, balancing hormones, improved immunity, improved concentration, reduced blood pressure, stimulate energy flow, harmonize the chakras, remove negativity and enhance well-being. The event ends with a fire ceremony to release that which is not serving us. When we release what doesn’t serve us, we clear life’s path for a new direction. Finishing at 9pm with herbal tea and share for those who wish to stay on. Please note, Sound Healing is not recommended during pregnancy, if you have a life limiting condition, a pacemaker, suffer from seizures, or any sound sensitive condition. Please check before booking if you have any concerns about your health. Parking Information Parking is a 4-5 minute walk from the venue. You will be met on Honeycritch Lane and guided to a parking space close to the event. We have 3 disabled parking spaces on site. Please contact us should you need to park in a disabled space. When attending in the winter months please bring a torch with you as the track to the venue is not lit.
