Summer Solstice All-Night Sound Healing Ceremony (Puja) Join us for a powerful night of deep rest, renewal and vibrational healing as we honour the turning of the Summer Solstice — the height of light and expansion. We begin the evening gathered in circle with a gentle cacao ceremony, opening the heart and setting clear intentions for the months ahead. The solstice is a potent threshold — a moment to consciously align with what you are ready to grow, embody and welcome into your life. From there, you will be guided into an immersive all-night sound healing journey. Through waves of gongs, healing instruments and therapeutic frequencies, the nervous system softens, the mind quietens, and the body is invited into profound repair. Come and be held in a deep rest, reflection and energetic reset. Throughout the night you are free to: • Lie down and sleep • Meditate or journal • Simply receive healing The atmosphere will be calm, supportive, and intentionally spacious — allowing the sound to do its work gently and naturally.
