Autumn Seasonal Day Retreat 2.00pm-5.30pm A time to release and let go, aligning with the natural cycle of change at our afternoon seasonal Autumn Retreat. Opening Circle & Intention Setting Welcome & grounding meditation. Cacao Ceremony – Awakening the Heart Introduction to cacao as sacred heart medicine. Set an intention for the next few months. Guided heart-opening meditation with cacao. Guided journaling: What am I ready to release this Autumn Guided visualisation meditation - Grounding us to the earth's energy and attuning to the energy above. Sound healing ceremony Preparation for the fire ceremony and letting go. Create a symbolic representation of what you are letting go of. Fire Ceremony – Release & Renewal Gather around the fire. The ancient transformer. Burning of symbolic creations in the fire with gratitude. Invite new growth with drumming and chanting. Vision Board – Manifesting Autumn Intentions. Creative time: Build a vision board with arts and crafts Closing group blessing. Parking Information Parking is a 4-5 minute walk from the venue. You will be met on Honeycritch Lane and guided to a parking space close to the event. We have 3 disabled parking spaces on site. Please contact us should you need to park in a disabled space. When attending in the winter months please bring a torch with you as the track to the venue is not lit. If you attend a fire ceremony, you do so at your own risk. This event will be hosted by Martin and Libby and will bring you a truly unique soul experience.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 48 hours’ notice of cancellation for any of our group events. If you give us more than 48 hours’ notice, we offer a full refund, or you can book onto the same event on the next available date, if this is an event we repeat regularly. Unfortunately, if your cancellation is submitted less than 48 hours before the start time of your booked event then we are sorry, but we offer no refund.
