Summer Seasonal Day Retreat 6.30 - 10pm Celebrate abundance, light, and joy with community and connection at our afternoon seasonal Summer Retreat. Opening Circle & Intention Setting Welcome & grounding meditation. Smudging or simple cleansing ritual. Share one word or intention for renewal. Cacao Ceremony – Awakening the Heart Introduction to cacao as sacred heart medicine. Serving ritual with gratitude & blessing. Guided heart-opening meditation with cacao. Creative Reflection – What to Release Guided journaling: What am I ready to release this summer? Create a symbolic representation of what you are letting go of. Prepare to offer creations into the fire. Fire Ceremony – Release & Renewal. Gather around the sacred fire. The great transformer. We release into the fire that which no longer serves us in order to make space to bring in the new. Optional sharing of what is being released. Burn symbolic creations in the fire with gratitude. Invite new growth with drumming, chanting, or silent blessing. Sound Healing Journey – Blossoming into Renewal (50 min) Participants lie down and relax. Guided soundscape with gongs, sound healing instruments, and drums. Journey through renewal, opening, and blossoming. Vision Board – Manifesting Summer Intentions (40 min) Guided meditation: Envision the seeds you wish to plant in your life. Creative time: Build a vision board with arts and crafts and create affirmations. Closing blessing to anchor intentions. Integration & Closing Circle (15 min) Journaling or optional sharing of insights. Gratitude ritual to thank cacao, fire, sound, and summer energy. Closing meditation to seal the circle. Parking Information Parking is a 4-5 minute walk from the venue. You will be met on Honeycritch Lane and guided to a parking space close to the event. We have 3 disabled parking spaces on site. Please contact us should you need to park in a disabled space. When attending in the winter months please bring a torch with you as the track to the venue is not lit. When attending a fire ceremony, you do this at your own risk. This event will be hosted by Martin and Libby and will bring you a truly unique soul experience.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 48 hours’ notice of cancellation for any of our group events. If you give us more than 48 hours’ notice, we offer a full refund, or you can book onto the same event on the next available date, if this is an event we repeat regularly. Unfortunately, if your cancellation is submitted less than 48 hours before the start time of your booked event then we are sorry, but we offer no refund.
